  2. I thought today's class was a good refresher for the descriptive essay. I also found the tutorial on how to site authors or books to be very useful for future reference.

  3. Today's activities were very useful. Reading then discussing helped me understand more clearly. The examples used were helpful as well. Ill surely be using this method on our ongoing assignments.

  4. The class was a recap to Desciptive essay. About avoiding habits of plagiarism, which is cheating and stealing of others' works. It helps also to reference to what information you used and to accredit people for their writing. It helps on your own essays and writing

  5. I find today's activities really helpful. Writing essays are one of my weaknesses. Today's activity gave me a good heads up on any upcoming descriptive essay heads up. I had forgotten how to cite the works of other, but today helped me remember.

  7. Today's lesson was very informative and productive. I learned how to properly cite a source using the MLA format. I also learned what components makes up a descriptive essay. I now feel prepared for our upcoming essay that will be due.

  9. Reading for writing is important because it helps better one's writing. It gives people ideas that will support their writing and make it better for the reader to understand. Reading for writing helps conjure up emotions and attitudes that will help a writer. It will help a writer improve their writing skills. Reading for writing may also help a writer in grammar and word usage.
