  1. Descriptive Essays contain in-depth adjectives that describe ideas, events, places, people, and things. Descriptive essays do not necessarily have to state what it is impersonating but it can leave the reader thinking of what it may be. These essays intend to leave the reader with the same perspective as the author.

    1. I would choose falling in love as my descriptive topic. It is loaded with many characteristics within one's senses. I experienced falling in love by seeing, hearing and feeling. I could be able to connect these with my other senses as well.

  2. Descriptive essays allows us to really get into our readers minds. Your ability to thoroughly describe a rare flower will allow for vivid visuals...almost as if they were holding it in their hands. Getting into their minds and sending a sound message will definitely be accomplished once you have used the proper steps in descriptive essay writing.

  3. A descriptive topic I would pick is food. Food is such an interesting and important part of our society. There would be so many compelling aspects to share and everyone will definitely have their opinions on it. It's a huge part of our culturally diverse society and may sometimes define our personalities or individualities.

A descriptive essay is an essay that normally focuses on describing a person, place, or thing.When reading a descriptive essay, the reader is supposed to feel as if he or she experienced or has the same perspective and feeling towards the writer. A descriptive topic I would choose would be something where the reader would know exactly what I'm talking about just by reading my essay. Whether it be about a place I've been to, a person I admire, or an event I attended.

    2. So which would you choose allan? Demi or Selina? Yes you should depict everything you can about your topic. Using feelings to describe a little more in depth to your topic. Such as, 'oh how I would love to rest my nose against her silky wavy black hair', or 'my heart sings for her sweet soft voice when she speaks'.

  5. A descriptive essay describes a person, place or thing. Writing a descriptive essay gets you thinking on what you are going to write/talk about. When you are writing a descriptive essay, you need to pretend that you are reading someones essay instead of yours. A descriptive topic I would choose is relating to personality, A friend.

  7. Descriptive essay is writing something about objects, people, places, experiences, emotions, events, or personalities. Basically, anything you would want to describe. On the topic that you are going to write about, you should use the senses of smell, sound, sight, and feel to your essay. It will give a meaningful sensation. Also, leaving a reader with something to think about and reflect on.

    The descriptive topic I would select is Trees. I chose this topic because I think they are one of the main importance for life in the world we live in. Trees have many positive attributes to life.

A Descriptive essay is a piece of writing that has very specific information about things, people, places, experiences, etc. This essay will tell you everything the writer wants you to know about a topic. They will use the five senses to tell the story like sight, smell, touching, hearing and tasting. this writing will paint you a picture of what the essay is about. The essay should make you feel like you're in that place, holding that thing, seeing what is going on, and feeling and tasting the objects they are describing. The topic I would choose for this would be Food because you can describe all the senses and really paint that picture for the reader.

  9. A descriptive essay is an essay that takes your reader through a very descriptive situation that you want to write about or experienced yourself that you would like to share. You would want to fill in every detail using: who, what, where, why, and how. A descriptive essay I would write about would be about my travels to a different country and my adventure there. I would like to take my reader on that adventure with me by explaining what i felt and what it looked like.

  10. A descriptive essay is an essay that vividly describes a person, object, event, or memory. If I were to choose out of the topics listed, I would choose food. Everyone loves food. It would be easy to describe the taste and what you feel when you first tried food you have not tried before. Even if it was a bad idea to choose that food, you can still describe how it made you not feel good. I want the reader to imagine how delicious that choice of food might have been.

  11. While writing a descriptive essay you should be descriptive as possible. There should be excitement and joy! Try and stay away from boring sentence and think abroad. It would suck to read a boring essay. You should always catch the readers attention.

  12. A descriptive essay is an essay that describes a person, place or thing. When writing a descriptive essay, you need to be very specific in your writing. The goal to writing a descriptive essay is to create a vivid image in a readers mind using your five senses. The reader should be able to clearly visualize what you are describing, A descriptive topic I would write about is an experience because writing about an experience is always fun to write about.

  13. What I love about descriptive essays is that you can allow the reader to paint a picture of what you're trying to say. On a daily basis we use our five senses to describe something. Taste, touch, smell, sight, and hearing. So with that, we put it in writing and make it fun. You want to capture the readers attention so give them something to read about. Its possible to connect with your audience when you add emotion to your writing.

A descriptive essay is an essay that tries to get your reader to feel what you feel, taste what you taste, see what you see, and/or experience what you experience on whatever topic you choose to write about. It can be easy if you know what you are talking about. If I had to choose a topic to write a descriptive essay about it would be a sad day in life. I would choose that because my mom passed away somewhat recently and my emotions on that are still here and I still feel them deeply.

Who wouldn't want to describe a very good and satisfying meal? Whether it would be how it tasted, looked, or smelled.

  16. One way we can truly bring out the five senses in a reader is through a descriptive essay. It expresses a vivid and tangible topic that can keep the reader focused and interested on the material being discussed. It may also come to a point where the main topic is practically present in the reader's imagination. Every detail being included whether it is minor or major.

  18. A descriptive essay can write anything about a person, place, thing, or idea. It can be used to represent something that you enjoy. This is based on the writer's experiences. The reader's should picture everything the writer did while reading the essay.

  19. Descriptive essays do exactly what their names mean. They describe something for your audience. They are also one of the most difficult as you have to be careful as to not give the wrong description to your audience. My topic for a descriptive essay? This is an easy pick. I'd choose falling in love as there are many ways one has fallen in love. Some are silly, some are serious, some are in between, but all tell a story.

Describing these things may include, how they feel, smell, look, taste, etc. I think Its always best to make the reader feel like they actually see what the writer sees. if i had to choose a topic from the list i would choose food, Because i love food, especially if i was to describe food from fuji.
